The Coach's Backpack

David Lowe

The Coach’s Backpack podcast asks a variety of coaches (from sports to comedy) what they consider to be the most important tools of their trade, physically and/or mentally. They are only allowed to take limited items on a hypothetical new engagement: one book, one tool/technique/approach/framework, one other item of their choice … and a person to accompany them. read less

It is her mission to empower women to believe that even though their future may be different, it can still be amazing. She helps her clients move on with their lives, let go of the past, and find the happiness again that they deserve, because she was that person broken by divorce, wasting years devastated, in therapy, with chronic depression, grieving and truly lost.Having found a passion that really helped her find herself again she beat chronic depression and fell in love with life again and using her corporate skills from senior roles in global brands such as Sony, she tapped into her change management and relationship management skills, to help her learn to embrace the change in her life, and to start to build new relationships. When a friend divorced several years ago, Sarah realised that there was still very little support for women going through this traumatic life changing event, and that she could use her training and experience to help them move on with their lives and leave behind the heartbreak to find happiness again. One of the first Accredited Breakup and Divorce Coach Practitioners in the UK and having been awarded the Most Influential Woman in divorce coaching by the Influential Businesswomen Awards in 2020, Sarah is a well-respected expert in her industry.Sarah's website: sarah-woodward.comSarah on Instagram: instagram.com/sarahwoodward_divorcecoachSarah on Facebook: facebook.com/sarahwoodwarddivorcecoach
